Central State president is Grambling speaker

GRAMBLING, La. (AP) - Central State University President Cynthia Jackson Hammond will deliver the commencement address at Grambling State University's fall graduation ceremonies.
Grambling State President Frank Pogue said more than 500 students will receive degrees at the Dec. 14 commencement.
The graduation is set for 10 a.m. in the Frederick C. Hobdy Assembly Center
Hammond is a Monroe native.
