Center plans zombie flash mob dance for parade

HOUMA, La. (AP) - Braaains. Daaance.
The South Louisiana Wetlands Discovery Center is looking for people who want to unleash their inner zombie for a flash mob dance in the city's Halloween parade.
The Courier reports that would-be zombies will learn a simplified dance of the undead to Michael Jackson's "Thriller." They'll shamble and dance in Houma's Krewe Ga Rou Halloween Parade Oct. 26.
The parade is part of the first Rougarou Fest from 5-10 p.m. Oct. 26.
***The first rehearsal will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Folklife Culture Center, 317 Goode St., Houma.
