Cecilia Primary on Lock Down

Cecilia Primary is on lock down at this time after a burglary suspect is on the run. St. Martin Superintendent, Richard Lavergne, says the suspect is reportedly in the woods near the school. As a safety precaution, it was decided that the school be placed under lock down until the St. Martin Sheriff's Office reports his capture.
