Caribbean Tropical Wave Stronger

Showers and storms have changed little with a nearly stationary Low Pressure located over the Windward Islands. But information from a National Science Foundation Reconnaissance mission indicates the circulation of the disturbance has become better defined. Conditions are forecasted to become more conducive during the next couple of days for slow development. The Low is forecasted to move west northwest at around 5mph.
