A Carencro man faces charges for alleged indecent behavior with a juvenile and computer-aided solicitation of a minor, announced Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell.
Brent Hebert, 38, of the 100 block of Grassy Lane,
was arrested last Friday as a result of a joint investigation involving the Attorney General's High Technology Crime Unit and the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office according to authorities. Hebert was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center.
If convicted of indecent behavior with a juvenile, Hebert could receive up to seven years in prison and pay up to $5,000 in fines. On the charge of computer-aided solicitation of a minor, Hebert could spend up to 10 years in prison and pay up to $10,000 in fines, if convicted.
