Car Delivery Truck Gets Stuck in Highway 90 Underpass

No one was injured when an 18-wheeler delivering cars to a dealership became stuck under a New Iberia underpass. Sheriff's deputies responded to the underpass at the intersection of LA 14 and US 90 just after 10:00 Friday morning. Deputies say the truck's hydraulic was set too high, causing the rig to become trapped under the bridge. The driver, 35-year-old Corey Rucker of Mississippi, was cited for violating height requirements and operating an unsafe vehicle.
