Cajundome gets a new name for the sake of leukemia & lymphoma awareness

A fundraiser which temporarily renames the Cajundome has ended, and Deano's Pizza finished as the highest bidder during an EBAY auction. "We would like to thank Tim Metcalf with Dean-O's Pizza Inc. for their $4,450.00 donation to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society," Cajundome Marketing Director Heidi Champagne said.
The Cajundome will be the Dean-O's Pizza Dome for Mardi Gras from February 8 - 12. "We are proud and excited to rename the Cajundome for the Mardi Gras season," President of Dean-O's Pizza Inc. Tim Metcalf said. "We love Mardi Gras, Acadiana and the Cajundome, so if we can celebrate with them for the Carnival season and help a good cause we are in."
