T.R.A.I.L - Transportation Recreation Alternatives in Louisiana is hosting the "Cajun Country Half Marathon"!! This run takes place at Acadiana Park, on East Alexander in Lafayette. This is Acadiana's only half-marathon!! This event will debut the Cajun Country 10K Trail Run on the newly acquired 80+ acres of wooded property North of the Nature Station and along the Vermilion River. The proceeds will benefit the construction and maintenance of the Atackapa-Ishak Trail and other TRAIL projects.
