Bus Accident with Injuries

At this time State Police have confirmed that the two vehicle accident happened near US 90 and 318 in St. Mary Parish. The accident involves a school bus and a passenger vehicle. The 34 children on board the bus were not harmed, however, the driver in the passenger vehicle did receive minor injuries and is headed to a local hospital.

At this time First Responders are saying that there is a bus accident on Hwy 318 in Jeanerette involving one vehicle. Multiple ambulances are on the scene assisting.
