Bullying Stops With Me Meeting in Lafayette

More parents, teachers, and students are aware of bullying after a free workshop this weekend.

Rosalind Wiseman was the guest speaker at a bullying awareness session at N.P. Moss Middle School on Saturday. Her book was the inspiration for the movie "Mean Girls." The event was hosted by the Lafayette Parish School Board, the Knowledge Effect, and the Lafayette Consolidated Government.

Those who attended learned how to deal with bullies and how to help children who are bullied.
