Bridge Closed Due to Fatal Accident

The Atchafalya Basin Bridge West Bound is closed at this time due to a fatal accident at mile marker 132.

Louisiana State Police is on scene and say at least two cars are involved in the crash and it is unknown if there are any other injuries.

Troopers hope to have the crash cleared up within the next hour.
