Breaux Bridge Man Charged with Oral Sexual Battery on Minor

A Breaux Bridge man is in the St. Landry Parish Jail for allegedly committing oral sexual battery on a minor. Marcus James Steward was arrested by Melville police Monday. Officials say the victim told her parents what happened. Investigators say Steward admitted to the act during questioning. Steward is also charged with indecent behavior and criminal trespass.
