BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Baton Rouge Police have arrested a 16-year-old juvenile for allegedly shooting an 18-year-old boy to death after the two argued.
Police say Kino Harris was shot in the mid-section about 3 p.m. Wednesday. Harris was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police said Thursday that the juvenile was booked into Juvenile Detention on charges of second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon. It was not immediately known if the teenager was represented by an attorney.
