Boustany part of health summit

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - A Louisiana Republican will be among dozens of Congress members attending the White House health care summit.
Rep. Charles Boustany, a physician from southwestern Louisiana, opposes the plan backed by President Obama and Democratic members of Congress. Among Boustany's proposals is a plan to allow individuals to purchase insurance across state lines.
The summit begins Thursday.
