Well if it looks like a Boudin Pizza, smells like a Boudin Pizza, and tastes like a Boudin Pizza...it can only be one thing...right?
A Baton Rouge company thinks that as well, and so they've trademarked the name "Boudin Pizza".
That unnamed Baton Rouge restaurant serving Dean-O's in Lafayette with a 'cease and desist' letter--threatening copyright infringement.
Now one of the most popular pizza places, here the "Tastiest Town of the South"--near the "Boudin Capital of the World"--- is forced to change the name of their dish. Jill Comb, manager of the Dean-O's Pizza on Bertrand, believes this is as an opportunity to reach out to the community
