BENTON, La. (AP) - Bossier Parish Sheriff Larry Deen says a 46-year-old Bossier City man is being held on $180,000 bond after an online sex sting.
He says Dennis W. Martin allegedly suggested sex to a deputy posing online as a 14-year-old girl, and suggested he could be her pimp.
Deen says Martin was booked with child sex trafficking, computer-aided solicitation of a minor, indecent behavior with juveniles, and obscenity.
A news release Wednesday said Martin also allegedly described sex acts he would like with the "girl," sent a sexually explicit video of himself, and asked if she and any friends wanted to make money having sex with older men.
Deen says Martin was arrested April 5, when he went to meet the supposed girl.
It was not clear if he had a lawyer.
