MONTICELLO, Ark. (AP) - A judge has denied bond for a Louisiana
man charged with capital murder in the death of a Crossett woman
whose vehicle was used in a bank robbery.
Peter Keith Harvey of New Orleans made an initial appearance
Tuesday before Drew County Circuit Judge Sam Pope, who appointed an
attorney to represent Harvey.
Harvey, Adrianne Green and Kendell Nickelson are accused in the
July 1 death of Donna Woodberry, who was abducted from her home,
shot and then dumped nearby.
Investigators say her car was used in a robbery of First
National Bank of Crossett in North Crossett.
Prosecuting attorney Thomas Deen says he hasn't determined
whether he'll seek the death penalty.
Harvey's attorney, Bill James, couldn't be reached for comment
Wednesday.
