Body of Missing Boater Found in Chandeleur Sound

CHALMETTE, La. (AP) - Searchers have found the body of a missing boater from Mississippi and authorities are investigating the cause of his death.
The St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office said the body of 63-year-old David McAdory of Madison, Miss., was found submerged in Chandeleur Sound on Sunday morning.
The body was found near his 19-foot boat, which was floating near an oil rig. There were no signs of foul play on the boat, where his wallet was found.
McAdory had gone out on Friday from a launching site in
Mississippi and was later reported missing. The Orleans Parish coroner's office is conducting an autopsy.
