Body found along I-55

LAPLACE, La. (AP) St. John the Baptist Parish authorities have recovered the body of an unidentified man from the water along Interstate 55 north of LaPlace.
Sheriff's spokesman Capt. Dane Clement said a boater navigating waters two miles north of the Ruddock exit on I-55 spotted the body about 7:35 p.m. Thursday.
Clement said the man had three tattoos: praying hands on the left forearm, a deck of cards with dollar signs on the right forearm, and a fleur-de-lis with the words "New Orleans Saints" on his upper right arm.
