Boater Missing in Lake Pontchartrain

METAIRIE, La. (AP) - The Coast Guard is searching for a man who
fell into Lake Pontchartrain after a boat carrying four men
collided with the Causeway Bridge.
The accident occurred around 9:50 p.m. Sunday
about one mile from the Metairie side of the span.
The Coast Guard said two of the men scrambled back on top of the
sinking boat. They say a third man was pulled from the water by a
Coast Guard response boat.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
