Bishop Harmon acquitted of charges

Local Pastor of True Vine Ministries, Bishop Jarvis Harmon, Sr. has, in fact, been acquitted of domestic battery charges after his trial at Lafayette City Court yesterday.
The charges stem from an incident with his ex-wife, Victoria Harmon, at True Vine Ministries on September 27, 2010. On that evening, Harmon was a suspect in the case and arrested after Victoria Harmon claimed he had hit her and bit her fingers.
His attorney, Derriel McCorvey, says, "this is a great day for justice and the judicial system reached the correct verdict."
