Birdie with the Bar

The Lafayette Parish Bar Foundation will be hosting Birdie with the Bar. Le Triomphe will be held on May 21st, 2012 at 1 pm.
The Lafayette Young Lawyers Association helps clients navigate their way through the legal system. This includes the Protective Order Panel, which is dedicated to working with victims of domestic violence to obtain a Title 46 Protective Order against their abusers.The funds raised will also benefit the Homeless Experience Legal Protection (H.E.L.P.) Program, which assists Lafayette's homeless population to obtain birth certificates, get documents notarized, and receive free, brief legal advice from volunteer attorneys.
