Bayou Country Superfest Drew More Than 85,000 People

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Bayou Country Superfest organizers,
sponsors and supporters have deemed the star-studded music festival
a success, saying it drew more than 85,000 people to LSU's Tiger
Stadium over the Memorial Day weekend.
Superfest producer Quint Davis says the event will return next
year, again over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. The festival
dates are May 28-29, 2011.
Details about next year's festival and whether it will be held
at Tiger Stadium again will be announced later.
