The Lafayette District Attorney's Office has been asked by Lafayette Police to investigate whether criminal charges can be filed against the Bulldog Pool Hall, in connection with a teen's death back in September.

18-year-old Kaine Kulka, of Pennsylvania was allegedly drinking at The Bulldog, the night he fell off the back of a truck and died in Lafayette. No suit has been filed and the DA says they're still looking in to the matter.

Late tonight, The Bulldog's owner, Shannon Wilkerson released a statement reading quote, "Kulka was at The Bulldog the night of the accident, but was asked to leave around 11:00, his friends told us they were taking him home, they returned without him, the accident happened several hours later. We are cooperating with authorities, and will continue to do so."
