Family and friends of the Baldwin man who died after a police tazing, are speaking out.
The family of 33-year-old Damon Abraham is asking for justice. They say the coroner's report, released last week, is a cover up. And it was not cocaine intoxication that killed him, it was the tazer.
More than a month ago, Abraham ran from police after they tried to arrest him for outstanding warrants. Police tazed him. His family says they believe he'd still be alive if he wouldn't have been tazed. They're asking for justice to be served, and expressing their concern with the results from his autopsy.
"We are not happy with the results at all, because we feel his death was not an accident, it was deliberate," said jacqueline abraham, damon's niece.
State police are continuing to investigate the incident.
