Baldwin Man Faces Carnal Knowledge, Child Porn Charges

Franklin police have arrested a Baldwin man on multiple sex charges, including felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and possession of child porn. Police say they began their investigation into Detroit Declouet after receiving tips from several girls. Investigators say a search of Declouet's home turned up several videos and pictures of child pornography. Franklin police refused to give further information due to the nature of the case. Declouet also faces a charge of indecent behavior with a juvenile. Officials say the investigation continues and more arrests are expected to come from this case.
