Teche Action Clinic is hosting a Back to School Carnival and Health Fair!! The fun begins on July 28, 2012 at the Broussard-Harris Recreation in Franklin. The event will begin at 9:00 am and end at 1:00 pm. The fair will allow LaCHIP Enrollment, free carnival Aativities, food, health screenings: asthma, anemia, blood pressure, blood sugar & body mass index register to win: school supplies & uniforms live radio remote.
