Avoyelles Flooding Worst in Years

Remnants from Tropical Depression Five flooded parts of Avoyelles Parish on Wednesday.
Some residents in Mansura say it was worse than Hurricane Gustav. According to doppler estimates, Avoyelles Parish got anywhere from 10-to-15 inches of rain in the last 24 hours.
