Autopsy Shows a LA College Dean Died From an Overdose

VICKSBURG, Miss. (AP) - Warren County Coroner Doug Huskey says
an autopsy shows a Louisiana college dean died in April from a
prescription drug overdose.
The body of Greg Leader, dean of the pharmacy school at the
University of Louisiana at Monroe, was found April 19 in a room at
the Riverwalk Casino and Hotel in Vicksburg. He was 45.
Leader had been associate dean of the school since 2004, interim
dean since earlier this year and dean since March 23.
Authorities told the Vicksburg Post that they were contacted by
Monroe, La., police when Leader did not come to work. Authorities
say they got a key and went into Leader's room after an
investigation determined Leader had checked in.
