Author Ernest J. Gaines will speak at UL today

A man known for his words will host a press conference on UL's campus today. Author Ernest J. Gaines will speak on his newly dedicated center.

The Ernest J. Gaines center for writing will open this Sunday . The center provides a space for scholars and students to work with the Gaines's works .
