ATM Armed Robbery Lands Man in Jail

Crowley police have arrested a man accused of robbing another at an ATM. Perry Davis is charged with armed robbery. Officers say Davis held up the victim at gunpoint Friday night at a cash machine in the 200 block of North Parkerson Avenue. Police captured Davis a short time later and took him into custody following a brief struggle. Davis, who police say has an extensive criminal record, is also charged with aggravated assault of a police officer and resisting arrest.
