1) Question from Cindy:
Are there plans for a traffic circle at the intersection of Kaliste Saloom and E. Broussard?
Answer:
· We (LCG) took over Kaliste Saloom Road from the state which (Joey) advocated for to get this project going.
· There is a modern roundabout in the widening; however, the intersection will be located east of the current bridge on E Broussard Road.
· A drawing of the preliminary plans can be found online by going to www.lafayettela.gov and then under Government/Public Works/Capital Improvements.
