Arrests made in Monroe homicide

MONROE, La. (AP) - Monroe police have arrested two suspects in the shooting death of Clinton Pratt earlier this week.
Detectives arrested 22-year-old Anthony Bass and 18-year-old Marquarious York, both of Monroe Wednesday.
The Bass and York were booked with second-degree murder and criminal conspiracy.
Police say a dispute over money is believed to be the motive for the slaying.
Detectives say a vehicle recovered in Richland Parish is owned by Bass and is believed to have been used in the shooting.
On Monday, police found Pratt's body near the Monroe Regional Airport.
It was unclear whether the suspects have attorneys.
