The St. Landry Sheriff's Office and the Eunice Police Department have arrested three men for a pharmacy burglary in Eunice that took place on November 25, 2009.
Jason Lavergne, Derek Holcomb and Mitchell Aucoin have been accused of stealing illegal narcotics and a safe from Northside Veterinary Hospital.
Sheriff Bobby J. Guidroz said, "Several drugs were taken. The most dangerous drug taken is Euthasol, which is used to euthanize animals. This is a dangerous and deadly drug. This drug has not been recovered".
Guidroz asks that if anyone who has this drug in their possession, taken from the burglary, to please call St. Landry Sheriff's Detectives Office in Eunice at 337-457-4115 or St. Landry Crime Stoppers at 337-948-8477.
Jason Neil Lavergne: age 29: 201 Mamie Street, Eunice, La.: charged with 4 counts of principal, pharmacy burglary, three counts of felony theft.
Derek James Holcomb: age 28: 110 Jeansome Street, Eunice, La.: charged with pharmacy burglary, three counts of felony theft.
Mitchell Joseph Aucoin: age 32: North 5th Street, Eunice, La.: pharmacy burglary, simple criminal damage to property, three counts of felony theft.
