An Arnaudville man is charged with multiple drug charges after sheriff's deputies stopped to do a welfare check at a business shortly after midnight. "The vehicle was backed up to the building and the lights were turned off," St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office spokesperson Major Ginny Higgins said. When deputies stopped at B & S Mini-Mart on Cecilia Bridge Hwy to find out why the vehicle was parked there, they found Jake Hebert, 34, had methamphetamine, marijuana, steroids, and assorted pills in the vehicle and on his person, Higgins said.
Hebert is charged Possession With Intent to Distribute a Schedule I C.D.S. (methamphetamine), Possession of a Schedule I C.D.S. (marijuana); Possession of a Schedule III C.D.S. (suboxone); Possession of a Schedule III C.D.S. (suboxone); Possession of a Schedule III (Depo-Testosterone); Possession of a Legend Drug (Tramadol Hydrochloride); Possession of a Legend Drug (Levotabs).
