Arnaudville Chamber, Tour du Teche Organize New Boat Race

Local boaters no longer have to wait for the October Tour du Teche to hit the water. The organizers of the fall race and the Arnaudville Chamber of Commerce have teamed up to sponsor a new race called Top of the Teche. The one-day race takes place on March 9, and organizers say it is designed to be an early prelude to the Tour. Top of the Teche will begin in Leonville and end in Arnaudville.
