Ark. man killed in La. Crash

BASTROP, La. (AP) - Louisiana State Police are investigating a single car crash in Morehouse Parish that left an Arkansas man dead.
The News-Star reports the accident happened around 12:16 p.m. Saturday on La. Highway 142 near the Arkansas state line.
Troopers say a car driven by 45-year-old Jeffery Carr of Crossett, Ark., left the road and struck a large tree.
Carr was ejected and pronounced dead on the scene by the Morehouse Parish Coroner's Office.
