The St. Landry Parish District Attorney's Office will not seek the death penalty against a man accused of murdering a husband and wife. Warren Gautreaux still faces life in prison without parole on two counts of first-degree murder. District Attorney Earl Taylor says the decision was made after having discussions with the family of the victims, Youric and Mary Ann Courville. Gautreaux is accused of killing the Courville's in their Eunice home in 2006.
