Agency offers help to pay utility bills

FRANKLINTON, La. (AP) - The Quad Area Community Action Agency is making funding available to help low-income residents of Washington Parish pay their utility bills.
The Daily News reports the agency is setting up appointments with residents, who must meet several requirements to be eligible for the program.
