The Parkview Library is proud to announce its get fit fall program, Aerobics at Noon!The first class will begin on Friday, October 11 and continue every Friday until December 27, excluding the first Friday of each month. Starting at 12 p.m. the class will begin with a warm up and end with a
cool down. The class lasts about 30 minutes. It is the perfect opportunity to squeeze in some exercise on your lunch break. Attendants are welcome to enjoy their lunch at the library after the program in the meeting room. Take a step toward physical fitness at your Parkview Library.
