The Mamou city employee charged with buying votes has his job back.

Ricky John McGee.was arrested last month charged with 6 counts of voter-bribing. Residents filed complaints with Mamou Police alleging he paid them ten bucks to vote for candidates including Mayor Wilda Chamberlain. McGee was suspended from his animal control job shortly after the accusations.
