Acadiana's Most Wanted

Lafayette Parish Sheriff deputies are on the hunt for the murderer of 50 year old Tim Falgout. Pizza Hut is also offering a $10,000 reward for anyone who might have information that leads to an arrest.

Falgout was stabbed to death on Monday, March 29th, while on the job. Since then Lafayette Parish Sheriff deputies have been searching for the killer, and his family wants justice. "I want justice done for Tim, but I couldn't stand the thought of the person who did this, dying with this on their soul. It would be worse than any pain they could imagine on earth," said Falgout's sister Lindy Soileau.

Falgout's body was found by the Youngsville family who ordered the pizza on Rue Canard Street. Deputies say the possible motive could be robbery. So far no arrests, but the Lafayette Sheriff's department says they do have several leads. "We've been searching for this person non-stop, and we're not going to stop. We're still processing information that we've gathered and information that we're getting in at this time," said Lafayette Parish Lt. Craig Stansbury.

In the meantime, Falgout's family is relying on God. They hope the murderer is brought to light. "If Tim was given a choice to give up his life or to give it up for somebody to change he would have done that. He was the kind of guy that would gladly give his life up for somebody to come to know Jesus," said Soileau

Surveillance video from the fatal stabbing has been released. You see Falgout's white car pass by and then a black SUV following closely. Deputies aren't calling the person in that vehicle a suspect, they hope the video provides clues that will lead to an arrest. If you have any information on this case call Lafayette Crimestoppers at 232-tips.
