CORRECTION: Some Schools Get Time Off in Early November

Many Acadiana public schools have adjusted their school calendars due to election day and voting precincts located in the public schools.
Students in the following districts DO NOT report to school Election Day, November 2:
Acadia Parish
Lafayette Parish
St. Martin Parish
St. Mary Parish
These districts will report to school on election day November 2, 2010:
Evangeline Parish
Iberia Parish
Jefferson Davis Parish
St. Landry Parish
Vermilion Parish
Other notes:
Lafayette Parish Students DO NOT report to school November 1, due to Student Progress Conferences .
November 3 St. Martin students report to school, but will be dismissed at 12:30pm.
