An Acadiana High student is in trouble with the law after he allegedly threatened a teacher. Scott police say 18-year-old Nathan Morton was kicked out of class for being disruptive. Morton allegedly returned to the classroom, got in the teacher's face, and chest-bumped him. Investigators say Morton's friends led him out of the classroom after the incident. Police say the teacher did not retaliate. Morton was later arrested and charged with assault on a school teacher.
