Acadiana Baseball Player Selected in First Round of MLB Draft

Acadiana High's Stryker Trahan is the 26th pick in the First Round of the MLB Draft, chosen by the Arizona Diamondbacks. Trahan becomes the third area native to be selected in the first round of the MLB First Year Player Draft in the last four years, joining the White Sox's Jared Mitchell and Rays's Mikie Mahtook.
