Bayou Vermilion District's Vermilionville is hosting its annual Acadian Culture Day! Their will be celebrating the heritage of our Acadian ancestors through oral traditions/storytelling, music, dance, cooking demonstrations, language and crafts. Admission is free to the public. Live music provided by Cajun Trio followed by Feufollet. There will also be a small parade through Vermilionville. This fest is on Sunday, August 12, 2012 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
