The Academy of Training Skills (ATS) is a Judicial Agency Residential Referral Facility, the first of it's kind. This facility aids the judicial system by providing an alternative to taxpayer-funded incarceration of individuals charged with lesser offenses. The program is intended for individuals awaiting trial who voluntarily agree to enter the program rather than face standard incarceration in jail or prison.
