Abbeville Police search for shooter

An Abbeville man is in stable but guarded condition after he was shot on Greene Ave. in Abbeville.
Now, police are searching for a shooter.
Police say it started as a fight involving a number of people then the conflict escalated with gunfire around 7:30 Thursday evening.
Abbeville Police say multiple shots were fired and at least one man was hit. Detectives are looking at multiple suspects in this crime but the details are still being investigated.
