Abbeville man arrested for attempted murder

A 19-year-old is accused of shooting someone in the head inside a home on Solomon Street in Abbeville. The shooting happened some time this morning, and the victim is being treated at Abbeville General Hospital. Deion Bessard is charged with attempted second degree murder. A second person, Harold Dean Daigle, is charged with obstruction of justice.
