7:00 am, Staff Meeting
8:30 am, Film review & Playbook construction
12:00, Office hours/Press Conference
1:00 pm, Player meetings/Positional meetings
2:00 pm, Personal Workout
3:00 pm, Practice (that in itself lasts 2 hours!)
